Refund Policy

Please note you have the right to cancel, by email to andy.coppell@fsclub.co.uk within seven days of confirming your request for Membership of the Financial Services Club. In this case you will have your payment returned.

With regard to registrations with payment for a Club Event, you have the right to cancel up to 72 hours before the event. In this case you will be entitled to the options to send a substitute, to attend a future meeting at no additional cost, or receive a full refund. Please advise your cancellation, and your choice of refund option by email to andy.coppell@fsclub.co.uk
